One of the advantages of belonging to an electric cooperative is that we help you get the best electric water heater available. We can't offer this great deal to just anyone, only to our members. But then, this Water Heater Program is just one of the many benefits only an electric cooperative can provide.

How can I get a FREE Marathon water heater?

We'll give our members a FREE Marathon heater if you build a new home on our system or replace your fossil fueled water heater with an electric one!

What if I already have an electric one but it needs to be replaced?

You may purchase a Marathon from the Cooperative or shop elsewhere for another brand. In either case, rebates are available to help you pay for the replacement water heater. Call the Co-op for Marathon prices.

Other Program Criteria

• With the purchase of a Marathon Water Heater you get a labor credit of up to $100 if the tank needs to be replaced and up to $50 toward the replacement of parts for 6 years from the date of manufacture. Details are outlined on the water heater agreement.

	The following Criteria* must be met in order for rebates to be paid on electric replacements: Minimum 7-year standard warrenty Minimum 50 gallons capacity All water heaters must have a radio controlled switch (RCS) installed by the co-op
